Do you have warehouses overseas?

Yes. Newfeel Laser has a dedicated U.S. warehouse located in Kentucky, providing fast and reliable shipping for U.S. customers. The delivery takes 2-7 days. Free shipping, free tax for the stock.

What are the available shipping methods and estimated delivery times?

From U.S. warehouse to U.S. addresses: Express delivery within 2–7 business days

From China to the U.S. or EU:

Express (DHL, UPS, FedEx): 3–10 days

Air freight (DDP, door-to-door with tax included): 8–15 days

Rail/Truck/Sea (DDP, door-to-door with tax included): 20–30 / 50–60 days

Sea freight to port: 25–30 days

Air freight to airport: 10–15 days

Do you offer custom packaging or logo printing services?

Yes. We offer custom logo printing services such as silk screen printing, laser engraving, or color stickers.

Are the prices on the Newfeel Laser website inclusive of shipping and taxes?

Yes, all products on our website include free global shipping.

However, import taxes and duties are not included by default. For customers in certain regions (such as the United States), some products shipped from our local warehouses may qualify as duty-free.
